(WLR) Replace Marquee sign at main entrance to VAIHCS Danville

Background
The Great Lakes Acquisition Center, on behalf of the Illiana VA Medical Center in Danville, IL, is seeking to replace the existing marquee sign at the main entrance. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial products and services aimed at small businesses. The goal of the contract is to procure a new LED marquee sign that meets specific requirements while utilizing the existing metal frame.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide materials, tools, supervision, and lifting equipment to replace the existing dual-sided marquee sign with an LED sign. The specifications are as follows:
- **Sign Dimensions**: 5’5” H x 12’3” W
- **Sign Type**: Dual-sided LED marquee
- **Electrical Requirements**: 120/208 volt, 75 amp, 10mm pixel
- **Installation Location**: VA Illiana Healthcare, 1900 East Main Street, Danville, IL.

The contractor will disconnect and remove the old sign and electrical connections, fix any deficiencies in the existing frame before installing the new sign, and ensure that all electrical connections are properly terminated to energize the new sign. Additionally, the contractor will provide training on-site for VA staff on how to operate the new signage system. A one-year warranty on all components and software upgrades is included.
