75th Ranger Urban Training Lodging

Background
The Department of the Army, through the Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Moore, GA, is seeking to contract accommodations for the 75th Ranger Brigade. The goal is to provide lodging and conference facilities for service members during their training activities. This contract is intended to support the operational needs of the 75th Ranger Regiment by ensuring adequate lodging and meeting space.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide non-personal services including:
- 30 standard hotel rooms equipped with a television, air conditioning, king/queen size beds, writing/work desks, Wi-Fi capabilities, mini fridges, and non-smoking accommodations.
- A conference room capable of accommodating up to 35 personnel, equipped with projector capabilities and/or a large television with HDMI capabilities.
- The hotel must be located within 0.5 miles from the World Trade Center in lower Manhattan.
- The lodging services are required from March 10 to March 13, 2025.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from March 10 to March 13, 2025.

Place of Performance
Mathantan, New York; specifically at a contractor facility within 0.5 miles from the World Trade Center.
