Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically the Butler VA Health Care System, is seeking to procure customized Dental Restorative Cassettes trays to support their Sterile Processing Service (SPS). The goal of this contract is to ensure the safe reprocessing of dental instruments used in veteran patient care, which is critical for preventing cross-contamination and maintaining instrument integrity during sterilization.

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of thirty-two (32) INSTRUSAFE Dental Restorative Cassettes trays, Model# IN-2020-5748, manufactured by Summit Medical LLC. Each tray must hold 28 dental instruments and feature snap-in-silicone rails for secure instrument placement. The specifications include:

- Dimensions: 8 3/8” x 9 5/8” x 3”
- Material: Anodized aluminum, stainless steel, and silicone
- Must pass corrosion testing
- One-year warranty on each cassette.

Delivery is required within thirty (30) days after receipt of order (ARO).

Period of Performance
Delivery shall be within thirty (30) days from the time of award.
