Wound Imaging Device

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking sources capable of providing wound imaging devices and software for the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System. The goal of this request for information (RFI) is to gather information about potential qualified sources and their capabilities. This RFI is intended for planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation.

Work Details
The VA requires the following items:
- SSL100-SHS: Scout Software Self-Hosted Cloud (1-Year Software Subscription) - 1 EACH (1 YEAR)
- SCA200: Scout Imaging Device Purchase - 3 EACH
- SSL100-EMR: HL7 EMR Integration (1-Year Subscription License) - 1 EACH (1 YEAR)
- SCA200-HS: Scout Imaging Device Hot Swap - 1 EACH
- SPP200: Scout (SCA200) 1-Year Protection Plan - 4 EACH (4 YEARS)
- SSL100-PM: Scout Project Management - Service Agreement - 1 EACH
- SCT100: Scout Clinical Training - 1 JOB.

The wound imaging device must be capable of precise and accurate wound size measurement and temperature measurements, be photographic and thermographic, HIPAA-compliant, and able to interface with electronic medical records.
