The U.S. Government is Performing Market Research to identify responsible sources who have the skills, experience, and knowledge required to successfully meet the requirements. Information received from Market Research will determine the best acquisition strategy and if responsible sources exist for competition, and/or a total Small Business Set-Aside. This is only for Market Research but may result in an invitation to an open discussion with the U.S. Government. This notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the U.S. Government. Fit in a room footprint of 5.7 x 6 , while being accommodate a person working at the hood. An alloy dispenser with minimum 1.5-gallon capacity with a digital readout, precise digital temperature control and a no-drip heated ball valve dispenser. A precision surfaced refrigerated cold plate measuring no greater than 43 X 25 that can accommodate up to six photon blocks. An anti-freeze unit that does not required refill or replacement. All front and sides of the cabinet are to be covered with Formica brand oyster gray laminate. The back side is to be covered with a Formica brand phenolic resin backing sheet. An electronic air cleaner providing safer, cleaner air in the room with minimum 98% efficient at .03 microns. Two Power Switches Turns on electronic air clean. Turns on pump and compressor. Salient features and price, when combined, IAW SALIENT FEATURES ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN PRICE. (b) Options. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. The Government may determine that an offer is unacceptable if the option prices are significantly unbalanced. Evaluation of options shall not obligate the Government to exercise the option(s). (c) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer's specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.
