Amendment 0001 provides responses to Interested Vendor Requests for Information (RFI)s and revised PWS. See attached W50S7526QA010-0001 dated 29Oct25 attached herein.

Note quotes must acknowledge receipt of Amendment(s) by completing Blocks 8 and 15, and returning 1 copy of the Amendment with quote.

The 146th Airlift Wing Channel Islands, Port Hueneme, CA has lodging requirements for the CA-ANG uniformed members required to complete Regularly Scheduled Drills (RSD) for the 2026 calendar year. See Performance Work Statement (PWS) within Request for Quote (RFQ) attached herein for full details and requirements. Note per Single Source Determination (separately attached) for lodging at Ventura Beach Marriott Hotel - January RSD only. A maximum of two (2) additional AAA 3-Diamond lodging facilities within the required 20-mile driving distance from the CIANG station may be quoted for remainder of 2026.

This RFQ is 100% set aside for Small Business within NAICS 721110 Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels with a size standard of $40M. All prospective quoters must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) https://SAM.gov.

The Government intends to select one (1) contractor and award a firm fixed price (FFP) contract for period of performance from 01 January 2026 through 31 December 2026.

Funds are not presently available for this effort. Subject to the availability of funding, the Government intends to award without discussions; however, reserves the right to cancel this RFQ, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this RFQ, the Government has no obligation to reimburse a vendor for any costs.

Background
The 146th Airlift Wing (146th AW), located at Channel Islands, Port Hueneme, California, is a special mission wing assigned to the California Air National Guard (CA ANG). The 146th AW has a rich history in aviation since the 1920s and plays a crucial role in aerial firefighting and emergency response. This contract aims to provide lodging for CA ANG uniformed members during their Regularly Scheduled Drills (RSD) for the year 2026.

Work Details
The contractor will provide lodging services for CA ANG members during specified RSD weekends in 2026. The required accommodations include:

- For August and September weekends: Additional arrangements for longer stays resulting in a total of up to 492 nights reserved.

The contractor must ensure compliance with fire and safety standards and provide adequate amenities as per the Performance Work Statement.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026.

Place of Performance
Lodging services will be provided at facilities located within a maximum of a 20-mile driving distance from Channel Islands Air National Guard Station.
