The USCIS Security Operations Center (SOC) requires a malware analysis solution to perform behavioral analysis on binary file(s) to determine if the file(s) is malicious and collect observable indicators of compromise (IOCs). The selected solution will supply SOC team members with a safe, secure environment independent from USCIS assets to analyze files by preventing the possibility of USCIS network infection or spread. The solution will also serve as an out-of-band (OOB) asset and will assist SOC team members in collecting tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and indicators of compromise (IOC) which can be shared with other DHS entities.
