Upgrading Barrancabermeja Eradication Base

Upgrade police base in Barrancabermeja, Santander (near coca enclaves in northern Colombia like Norte de Santander, Santander, Cesar, Bolivar, and southeast Antioquia) to allow erad operations to move and saving many helicopter flight hours. Base upgrades will increase eradication and interdiction deployments in coca cultivation and cocaine production/trafficking enclave, and include electrical supplies, ground-spray chemical mixing facilities, clean water, helicopter pads, and barracks for eradication and other teams (e.g. Junglas). Burden sharing: CNP will provide labor while INL provides materials and logistical support.
