The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Icebreaker Buoy and Construction Tender (IBCT) Product Line (PL) is anticipating awarding a Seawater Pump Replacement contract for the 240 Great Lakes Icebreaker (WLBB), 225 Seagoing Buoy Tender (WLB), and 175 Buoy Tender (WLM) cutter classes. This procurement is to award an Indefinite Quantity / Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) contract to provide 96 new sea water pumps, documentation, and technical support within one base year and four option years. This requirement does not include installation of the equipment by the vendor.
