REPLACE BUR AND HVAC SYSTEM UPH 25, F‐166

Project will perform the following: 1]. Replacement of existing Built Up Roof System including roof accessories, 2]. Repair all cracked/ damaged/ spalled areas, 3]. Replace 2 ea ACCU's and 2 ea AHU's including affected air ducts /insulations, liquid line piping, worn out tube rubber insulations, base support mounting bracket and all required accessories, 4]. Replace Ducting system, 5]. Replace 2 ea Heat Recovery Units (HRU's), 6]. Replace 6 ea disconnect switches for 2 ea ACCU, 2 ea HRU and 2 ea AHU complete with conduit, wires, fittings and accessories, and 7]. Remove and re install all affected electrical items during duct works and built up roof..
