REPAIRS TO STORAGE SHED DMI , FAC # 7282

Project will 1. Replace roof and framings and provide skylight panels; 2. Replace 3 sided fiber glass sidings and frames; 3. Save and re use 75% of the steel columns and base plates particularly on the mid portion of the facility; 4. Reuse 100% of the foundations and anchor bolts 5. Replace all nuts and washers; 6. Replace severely corroded base plates; 7. Provide reinforced concrete slab; 8. Light sandblast and paint all components to be re used; 9. Construct compartmentalized gas cylinder storage on the northwest side of the facility; the facility should meet UFC standards and environmental compliance for spill control and prevention; construction consists of 3 sided masonry wall enclosures with metal roof, chain link gate and guard posts per compartment, slab and ramp, cmu partition, secondary containment and emergency eyewash station; reuse some of the steel columns and foundations; 10. Provide fire protection and alarm system; 11. Provide electrical system.
