Project will perform the following: 1]. Replace 372 sf flooring carpet, 2]. Replace 5 each exterior windows, 3]. Replace 3 each interior single wood doors, 4]. Replace 2 each exterior double aluminum doors, 5]. Replace 2 each exterior single aluminum doors with louvers, 6]. 1 each single aluminum half glass door, 7]. 1 each exterior aluminum single door, 8]. Replace 398 sf ceiling finishes, acoustical tiles, 9]. Replace 372 sf vinyl floor tile, 10]. Provide MREC for built up roof, 11]. Replace 1 each exhaust fan (wall mounted), 12]. Repair concrete stairs, and 13]. Install fire sprinkle system for the building. And provision of Tech Rep for Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM).
