Repair HVAC and Attic Ventilation in Phase #1 Housing

The scope of work for this project will involve a base scope of work and two option items. The base scope of work will primarily involve attic ventilation, second floor bathroom exhaust, attic insulation, and second floor ceiling HVAC penetration sealing rework throughout (64) of the Phase #1 TCCM housing units. In addition to the above items, option item #1 will involve additional HVAC rework, flooring repairs, wall and ceiling repairs, and firewall repairs to (14) of the (64) housing units. Option item #2 will involve a roofing replacement at 1820 Delaware Ave., which is one of the (5) single family homes within the TCCM military family housing community. This project will primarily impact (64) of the Phase #1 TCCM military family housing units located along Delaware Ave. and Pennsylvania Ave. in Cape May, NJ. Each of the units were built in the mid-1970 s and consist of 4-unit, 1,233 SF, multi-family quadplex homes. The single-family home at 1820 Delaware Ave. was built in 1979, has 1,600 SF of living space, and has a traditional gable-style roof.
