Sewells Point 1) Replacement of roof - it is leaking in several areas when we have heavy rains 2) ADA compliant doors - front door, doors leading to Preschool building and Preschool building entrance doors are not ADA compliant. We need automatic doors to open with a push button if possible. 3) Infant Playground renovations - walkthrough may be required to identify all areas that need to be renovated 4) Hardwired CO2 Detectors - fire and safety requirement. We are currently using battery operated CO2 detectors 5) Hardwired security alarm to alert security in case of emergency Sewells Point 24/7 1) Bike Path needs to be replaced NMCP CDC & 24/7 1) Whole Flooring needs to be replaced. It is cracking in several areas and those areas cannot be isolated for replacement. Northwest Annex CDC 1) Sinks need to be added to 4 rooms 2) 2 Exterior doors need to be replaced 3) Kitchen renovation needed Northwest Youth Center 1) Roof is leaking during high winds and rain 2) Bathrooms need to be renovated CNIC
