"Scope of Works: Project will perform the following. ISLAND ROOM :(1.) Replace carpet at island room, and the tiles at the bar, dance floor , green and storage room(2). Replace ceiling with black color at the island room and to match existing at the green and storage rooms (3.) Repaint entire space including wainscoting with new artwork in selected locations (4.) Enlarge the dance floor area (5.) Demolish and rebuild the bar to approx half it size; include removal of trellis and cabinets, replace foot and grab rail, affecte plumbing and electrical works. (6.) Demo/Rebuild the performance stage to existing dimensions and add built in storage area under stage (7.) Replace doors and storge shelivng at the green and storage rooms. (8). Replace the current lighting system with LED lights/switches including in storage area, (9.) Add additional POS drops to bar (10) Provide new dining seating furniture . FOODCOURT:(1.) Repaint entire space with new art work at selected locations (2.) Replace ceiling (3). Increase the length of the range hood and ANSEL system (4.) Provide/Install a new deep fat fryer Inc. any electrical upgrades necessary (5). Replace the current lighting system with LED lights/switches (6.) Install a new continuous front counter to match existing sectional counter (7.) Replace the wall tiles behind service counter with wood panels (8.) Replace floor tiles at the serving area (9.) Add POS drops to counter (10.) Remove pony walls & dining partitions (11.) Provide new dining seating furniture inc. tables, chairs, possible counter height seating with electrical and usb outlets. RESTROOMS:1. Replace wall and floor tiles (2) replace toilet partitions and doors (3.) repaint gypsum ceiling (4) replace plumbing fixtures, vanity sinks and counters. (5).
