Privacy and Freedom of Information Act Support Services

The purpose of this contract is to provide program support services to analyze and review new and emerging privacy issues, technologies, and programs to ensure appropriate privacy compliance documentation and oversight mechanisms are in place to serve as risk management and accountability tools; to support the review, update, and implementation of privacy and disclosure policy throughout the Department; assist with privacy investigations and related draft reports and other investigative materials and activities; provide support to ensure that major privacy incidents are properly investigated, remediated and mitigated; assist in the conduct of Privacy Compliance Reviews (PCR), other reviews, and audits and related materials and activities; support to enhance and expand community engagement work especially focused on Department priorities; support our training requirements by organizing and administering onboarding, training, creating training and support materials; assist with the preparation of required statutory annual, and bi-annual reports; and, provide administrative support to include scheduling meetings and answering phones, preparing travel arrangements, ordering office supplies, monitoring and managing several Privacy Office in-boxes and forwarding to appropriate staff for response, and provide support for our strategic planning and communication efforts.
