Policy Execution, Analytics, & Automation Support

The vendor shall provide support across six integrated task areas: 1. Administration Alignment: Aligning departmental initiatives with Administration priorities through strategic planning, performance management, and stakeholder engagement. 2. Data Analytics: Leveraging advanced analytics and visualization tools to support evidence-based decision-making and long-term strategic initiatives. 3. Process Improvement: Streamlining internal workflows and decision-making processes to improve transparency, accountability, and performance tracking. 4. Automation: Reducing manual effort and improving data accuracy through the design and deployment of automated workflows and reporting tools. 5. Content Development: Delivering high-quality, mission-aligned communications and maintaining internal platforms such as the PLCY Intranet. 6. Executive Secretariat (ExecSec) Support: Enhancing the quality, timeliness, and coordination of executive correspondence and taskings across DHS leadership and components.
