Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Business Operating System (PPBBOS-III)

Contractor shall support the management, development, maintenance and sustainment of the environment, systems and applications hosted in the ARC/cPROBE environment in support of Headquarters, Department of the Army. Contractor shall ensure all applications that are part of the ARC/cPROBE are operated and sustained in a cyber-secure manner. Contractor shall provide services for the business capability definition; architectural design and evaluation; prototyping; engineering development; configuration, integration and migration activities, along with maintenance and sustainment of all business applications and cloud infrastructure items. Each of these components shall be executed throughout the life of the contract/task order.
