The project will secure the existing SIPR room (Room 135) by enclosing one wall (13.5' x 10') to provide a soundproof wall. The project will also improve the existing drop ceiling to provide intrusion protection. WORK LOCATION: Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach 800 Seal Beach Blvd. Seal Beach, CA 90740 SEABEA-10 RENOVATE SIPR Room 135 to Room 141. ISSUE & IMPACT (If not completed): The existing Room 135 does not conform to SIPR standards. DESCRIPTION OF WORK (Full Project SCOPE): Demo Work & Site Prep Remove and dispose of existing door and door frame in between Rooms 135 & 141. ACM & LBP Reports - Separate Attachments New Work Provide and install new soundproof wall approximately 13.6' x 10' - 136SF. Secure means from intrusion above drop ceiling on this wall. Patch & paint both sides of new wall to match existing wall color.
