NWC Colbert Plaza Underpass Ceiling Repairs

The concrete waffle ceiling above the Colbert Plaza Underpass has deteriorated concrete. Deficiencies pose safety concerns for both pedestrians and vehicles. Immediate repairs are needed to remove loose concrete and make repairs to ensure the long term structural stability of the Colbert Plaza 20 precast panel clips where never welded to secure the panels to the garage. Requesting to weld the panel clips. Spray foam insulation was removed and not replaced in the last parking garage repair project. Requesting to install sprayfoam to repair missing sections.
