Description
Entire passage way 1st floor west side of N30, from RM 109 to drinking fountain by stairwell access, require renovation. Renovation includes replacing lights to LED, re-lagging of chill-water piping system, painting walls to match paint scheme, replacing ceiling grid, replacing ceiling tiles, and replacing flooring tiles. Requesting renovations for RM 112,116, 119, 121, 121a, 129, in addition, replacing existing floor tiles or carpet for spaces along with ventilation diffusers. RM 114 kitchenette requires specific renovation to include replacement of hanging cabinets, floor cabinets, countertop, sink, and floor tiling, as well as LED conversion and painting.
This is a Surface Warfare Schools Command funded project.
