NSA CA-7 MALE & FEMALE RESTROOM ADDITION/RENOVATION

Building CA-7 has no restrooms. OPTEVFOR requires a special projects workup to include a Statement of Work, Engineering Evaluation , Architectural prints and an Independent Government Estimate for the FY 22/23 project to install a men's and a women's rest room facility to the back of building CA-7. Space sizes to be established during Engineering evaluation Rest Room amenities determined during Design Note** Rest rooms will have at a minimum 2 sinks, 2 toilets, 1 shower, one urinal (male only), 2 mirror's, One center floor drain, toilette paper dispensers, hand soap dispensers, AC , and heat available. Note** There is no water or sewage to the location at this time. COMOPTEVFOR TO FUND.
