Northern Border Housing Pest Control Contract

To meet its operational mission of securing the nation from threats, the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Enterprise Services (ES), Office of Facilities and Asset Management (OFAM) Mission Support Facilities Division (MSF), Enterprise Facilities Support (EFS) Program Management Office (PMO), and the Housing Branch maintains a CBP owned inventory of 387 houses located throughout the northern United States that are in remote areas of the country with no private sector rental market to support the housing needs of mission critical personnel and their families that protect the borders of the United States. The contractor needs to obtain preventative and active pest control services for fifty-eight (58) existing CBP housing units located in Portal, North Dakota; Scobey, Montana; Opheim, Montana; Turner, Montana; Morgan, Montana; Wild Horse, Montana; Sweet Grass, Montana; Del Bonita, Montana; Piegan, Montana; Eastport, Idaho; Porthill, Idaho; and Laurier, Washington to ensure that CBP s housing is sustained to meet CBP FM&E Mission Support housing needs.
