NORFNSA NH-30 Repair HVAC System & AHU

Replace bad coil in air handling unit. A/C not working in men's locker room due to the bad coil. NSA shop has the coil but is unable to install due to tight space and would have to disassemble the air handler. Unit was installed in 1997. Although replacing the AHU would be the best choice, replacing the coil would buy some time so the project could be put on the MEP and funds allocated for a future FY. No expected EV issues. No special scheduling. No escort required. The gym is open M-F from 0415-1900. Project completion for coil as soon as possible. Laydown area available on site, if needed. If the coil is not replaced the men's locker room may become unusable. This could result in low morale and health and safety issues to include mold growth.
