NMLPDC-01, Replace NPDS Carpeting

Project is to replace carpet to staff and student work centers. Space suffered repeated flooding in 2013 and was never properly addressed. Spaces are bordering unhygienic and is not representative of NMLPDC. Staff and student areas have been affected by multiple flooding events. In some cases, carpets were left wet for days and or weeks prior to any mitigation efforts. Carpet is currently peeling and in some of the areas mold has been found under packages left on floors. Project will create a safe environment for the administration and training for over 500 students and faculty. Attachments include all spaces which require complete carpet renovation.
