Networks Operation Center (NOC) Continuation of Services

Type: Forecast • Source ID: F2026073099

Overview

Description
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Information and Technology (OIT), requires continued Network Operations Center (NOC) monitoring and operational support services to maintain uninterrupted 24x7x365 enterprise network operations. This requirement supports a limited-duration continuation of existing NOC services pending completion of a DHS-directed follow-on competitive acquisition. The continuation action does not introduce new scope, capabilities, or performance requirements beyond those of the incumbent task order. Market research confirms that enterprise NOC services are commercially available; however, due to the absence of a feasible transition period within the continuation timeframe and the mission-critical, highly integrated nature of CBP s enterprise network environment, only the incumbent contractor can continue performance during the interim period without introducing unacceptable operational or cybersecurity risk. The anticipated period of performance shall not exceed twelve (12) months. Acquisition Strategy: Large Business (Sole Source)
