NDEMU Classroom and Editorial Support

The NDEMU Course Support task covers classroom and material support for NDEMU course deliveries; management and maintenance of information; instructional systems design support; and word processing, 508 review and editorial support for course materials and miscellaneous documents. The NDEMU Course Support task also provides coverage for virtual deliveries. Classroom and Material Support includes support for on and off-site course deliveries such as classroom set-up (for virtual deliveries and/or on the NETC campus only); preparation and duplication of materials; tracking and coordination of activities; packaging and shipping of course materials; poster printing; and lamination support. Off-site course deliveries include training conducted at any location in the field including international training locations. Information Management and Maintenance includes managing, maintaining, disseminating and/or collecting information regarding evaluations, biographies, agendas, rosters and checklists for resident and off-site resident course offerings, and maintaining and archiving curriculum master files. Word Processing, 508 Review and Editorial Support includes word processing support for course materials and miscellaneous documents to include format, grammar and punctuation; support related to the testing of course materials for compliance with accessibility requirements under Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (as amended); notetaking support including the recording, transcription, writing and editing of proceedings; and editorial support for miscellaneous documents. Instructional systems design support includes reviewing, evaluating, and analyzing products to ensure that they conform to instructional design standards.
