NBPL SPECIALTY TRADE JOC CONTRACT ACTION

The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest, Facilities Engineering and Acquisition Division Point Loma, has a requirement for work of new minor construction, renovation and repair within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE 238990: BUILDING AND PROPERTY SPECIALTY TRADE SERVICES 8(A) SOLE SOURCE Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC) at various locations predominantly within the NAVFAC Southwest area of responsibility (AOR) for Naval Base Point Loma (NBPL), San Diego, California. It is anticipated that task orders/projects issued on this IDIQ JOC Fixed Price (FFP) may consist of a single or a combination of specialty trades that are defined under the NAICS 238990. A minimum of three specialty trades, inclusive of NAICS Code 238990 may be issued on this IDIQ JOC - FFP within the entire contract performance period (12 month Base Period plus Two (2) 12 month Option Periods). It is anticipated that no single specialty trade will constitute 50% or more of the total value of the task orders issued on this IDIQ.
