ISSUE & IMPACT if not completed: - Rooftop package units are beyond their life cycle, they are no longer energy efficient and beyond economical repair. - Unhealthy condition due to poor ventilation of air flow for personnel and IDS equipment, may cause work stoppage. -Building Digital Controls are obsolete and have become difficult to maintain and monitor. Controllers and sensors are subject to frequent failures. Contractor projects have replaced controllers in new equipment but has not been integrated into NAE. a) Mission Need Date ( MND ): FY25 6. FULL PROJECT SCOPE: -Replace the following HVAC units and equipment to include the following - Units - M812209, M810276, M810277, M810278, M810279, M816025, M816022, M810381, M816023, M816024, and M502803. - Electrical Disconnects - Electrical conduit and wiring -Replace entire DDC Equipment to include the following -wire and conduit -controls to be replaced with DDC -2x Vent fans. 7.
