PIR#KDN041 Complete infrastructure renovation of KDN 3595, Renovation should include replacement all of interior components such as Floors (remove all carpet), walls (new drywall & insulation), Plumbing & waterline distribution, electrical distribution to include panels & outlets, HVAC system to include restroom ventilation. Exterior renovation to include repairs to all exterior concrete walls (painting), concrete roofing (coating), remove and relocate deteriorated electrical conduits on roof, install rain gutters above entryways, replace water riser cabinets, exterior doors, replace aluminum windows w/energy conservation tinting and new HVAC system for KDN 3595.
