Description
The Contractor shall provide janitorial, land and grounds maintenance, and select trash removal services at designated U. S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) facilities in the El Paso Sector Headquarters area of responsibility (SOG [Special Operations Group] at Ft. Bliss, TX and McGregor Range, NM). These services are necessary to provide and maintain a safe, healthy, clean, and professional work environment at each CBP facility. Without these services, critical CBP operations at the Border Patrol facilities located in Texas and New Mexico would be severely impacted. These conditions would negatively impact the CBP mission and the overall Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) Border Protection mission.
