Information Security Production Monitoring and Process Support (ISPMPS) Bridge

PR#: 20155545 This contractor will provide the appropriate number of personnel and skill mix and experience to support the organizational processes that provide for internal controls, management oversight, and technical support for Information Security, Production Monitoring and Process Support as follows. - Process Management Process Management involves working to standardize and improve PSPD software development and maintenance processes and identify and incorporate best practices. These improvements will result in more accurate project planning, scheduling, and monitoring. Areas of focus will be quality control, Section 508 compliance, technical writing, directorate support, SharePoint, and responding to audit requests. - Information Systems Security Provide support to CBP Passenger Systems Program Directorate in areas of Information System Security. Activities will be in compliance with all federal security requirements to reduce risk to the enterprise. The contractor will work with teams inside of OIT and PSPD to review work products, verify compliance with all DHS and FISMA requirements, and Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and Security Requirements Guides(SRGs). Support will also include the need to create/add/update ATOs (Authorization to Operate) for PSPD applications. This work is time sensitive and will require a schedule-driven approach to meet all milestones during the lifecycle. Coordination with the various teams will be key to success for this work area to include testing and addressing the security controls. - Production Monitoring Provide 24x7x365 support in monitoring application health for PSPD in support of the mission. This includes incident management when applications fail to meet Service Legal Agreements (SLAs). When applications alert the production monitoring support will alert the respective teams to remediate the incident as quickly as possible. Production monitoring will also work with the development teams and ensure all monitoring is in place before production deployments. Acquisition Strategy: SB PR# 20155545 This 6-month bridge will be awarded to the incumbent, Ardent Management (Small Business). This short-term bridge will provide the time required to execute a follow-on award to an Alaska Native Corporation.
