HI1707M Repair 3rd Marine Regiment HQ B1088 MCBH

Provide architectural and engineering (A-E) services for the development and finalization of this project's DD1391; and complete A-E services to provide full design and construction documentation of renovating Building 1088 for 3rd Marine Regiment HQ. Work includes major repairs to the restrooms including replacement of all fixtures (and piping as needed), replacement of all flooring and wall coverings, painting, and replacement of electrical light fixtures. Project will also provide an additional shower to replace existing urinals in one of the restrooms to be designated for use by female Marines. Project will also replace deteriorated windows and emergency lighting throughout the building and paint the building exterior. All areas within this project shall be in compliance with all applicable codes and regulations, & shall include but not limited to AT/FP, Security (there may be security component to be installed; i.e. security bars at exterior windows), Fire Protection, Seismic, Accessibility, ASHRAE and energy codes and standards. Work shall also include but not limited to communicating and coordinating with all MCBH stakeholders and NAVFAC agencies involved with this project, along with setting up design presentations & meetings, distributing deliverables and thorough & complete site surveys/investigations. The MCBH Design & Construction Standard (dated 11 Feb 2021) shall be followed as well as any updated requirements.
