Gallagher Enterprise Software Licenses and Maintenance Services

UPDATE 12/15/2025: The following fields were updated - estimated period of performance start/end, estimated solicitation release date, and anticipated award date. USCIS has a requirement for Gallagher enterprise software to provide the agency with access to proprietary software upgrades and patching to keep devices up to date. The software support will reduce the risk of uninterrupted service for employees, especially those working away from the main office. If service is interrupted, it will affect all USCIS employees as this is currently part of the enterprise architecture and is essential for continued operation. Disruption in service will delay all activity and will leave USCIS open to liability for not meeting required deadlines.
