Description
FEMA requires professional Instructional Systems Design (ISD) training services and area-specific Subject Matter Experts to support the assessment, planning, development, delivery, and evaluation of FEMA training courses.
The work to be performed under this task order will focus on curriculum and instructional development of new courses or revision of existing courses, course content Alpha review and Beta delivery, 508 and FEMA template compliance, and as applicable, assistance in developing curriculum development support products (Sharepoint-based course tracking and planning, course material templates, job aids, rubrics, etc.). FEMA s Workforce Development Division (WDD) - FEMA Qualification System (FQS) Branch will provide all existing current course material, position related materials, as well as results of the most recent Position Task Books (PTB), and gap analysis as a base for the Contractor s curriculum development and Instructional Design process planning.
