EDI: EXPLOSIVE ORDANANCE DISPOSAL (EOD) MOBILE UNIT FACILITIES

Construct a new two story EOD Facility, this facility is a steel framed building with a partial first floor. The roof consists of a Spanish tile on metal deck supported by steel purlins and trusses. The perimeter walls are of cast in place concrete with a cement plaster finish. A concrete slab on grade serves as the ground floor. The building is supported on reinforced concrete footings. Constructs a new Training Center, this building is a single story steel framed building with two roof heights. The training area, paraloft facility and chute drying tower are located in the high roof area, whereas the armory and supply room are in the low roof area. Constructs a new NMCB Expeditionary Module, this building is also a single story steel framed building. The roof consists of Spanish tile on metal deck supported by steel purlins and trusses. The perimeter walls are of cast in place concrete with a cement plaster finish. A concrete slab on grade serves as the ground floor. The building is supported on reinforced concrete footings.Headquarters Building (Bldg. 381) will be renovated to provide administrative office spaces. This project consist of the renovation of an existing metal building. Built in equipment includes tracked shelving units and a passenger elevator.
