Document Management Services

The contractor shall perform all activities supporting the receipt, scanning, downloading, uploading, and transmission of documents/correspondence for the communication between the transportation worker and TSA. This includes receipt and transmission of documents/correspondence/communication sent to and from the IA s DMS or TIM System. At a minimum, the contractor shall provide the following services to ensure ninety (90) percent of incoming correspondence is processed within 24 hours of receipt and one hundred (100) percent of incoming correspondence is processed within 48 hours of receipt: In addition to the daily DMS and/or TIM System processing, the contractor may be required to perform mass mailing efforts in response to critical incidents affecting program responsibility, i.e., stolen laptops. The contractor would be required to print individual letters and mail them to the individuals who may have been affected by the critical incident. This effort would involve a mail merge process, merging files and addresses within the DMS and/or TIM System, validating data and distributing the letters to the individuals. The Contractor shall provide Program Management Support including the responsibility for managing contract operations and ensuring quality standards and work performance under this contract. Program Management support services include planning, organizing, overseeing work efforts, assign resources, supervises personnel, provides risk management, ensures quality management, and monitors overall project and contract performance.
