Data Operations Professional Support Services

The scope of this effort includes services necessary to meet the objectives of the CDOD, and to achieve the goals and objectives contained in the Foundations for Evidence-Based Policymaking Act, Federal Data Strategy, and the DHS Enterprise Data Strategy. CDOD support services are the combination of functions and activities that leverage data science, data governance, data strategy, and data architecture capabilities to create defined outputs and processes, policies, or strategy. Data management capabilities are the combination of foundational skills, methods, standards, tools, knowledge, and processes needed to perform data management related work. All support services provided must comply with Federal Information Technology Acquisition Reform Act (FITARA), Section 508, the Foundations for Evidence-Based Policymaking Act, and similar federal requirements. The contractor shall be responsible for assisting CDOD in providing professional support services to meet the objectives contained in the Evidence Act, Federal Data Strategy and DHS Enterprise Data Strategy
