NAVFAC PROJECT MAXIMO LOCATION: NBSD-3546, 76, 3601, 3602 Scope of work 1.1 Demolition & Removal (if applicable): o Demo existing partitions, fixtures (toilets, urinals, sinks, etc.), tile flooring, tile on walls, non-led lighting 1.2 Site Preparation: o Include protection for flooring leaving the construction site, primary (and secondary if necessary) dust control barrier, possible abatement (TBD) 1.3 Construction/Repair: o SOW to cover restroom renovations at 4 buildings. All buildings to have lines cleared (snake) and camera'd to the main: Building 3546 Add Urinal inside current restroom and add a deep sink outside the restroom Demo tile/wall for installation of new water line and drain for both the urinal and deep sink Add power for auto-flush on urinal Deep sink to have manual faucet Repair drywall, prep and paint walls to match Install new tile on walls, up to 5' Install new mirror Building 76 Rooms 207, 241 and 243 Room 207 o Remove/Demo 2 urinals to allow space for 2 additional toilets/Partitions o Demo fixtures/toilets/urinals o Demo current wall system and flooring o Demo old lighting o Install new flooring (epoxy) o Install, at a minimum, 7 new toilets/partitions handsfree flush o Install power source for handsfree toilets o Install handsfree paper towel dispensers o Install new soap dispensers o Install 2 new urinals handsfree flush/partitions o New power source for handsfree urinals o Install 3 new sinks and faucets/floating vanity o New power source for handsfree faucets o New LED lighting o New dra ...
