CSH173_(DOW)_Repair Concrete Spalling Ext. & Int. Multiple Facilities & Protective coating (SAES Design), Camp Shields, Okinawa, Japan

Create an SAES for: Repair by replacement the concrete exterior stairs of CSH-7142 & 7143 CFAO/UH barracks. The stairs have significant spalling that are considerably in failing structural conditions. This project will include the repair of spalling and delaminated concrete walls and other related components of the entire building. Do an exterior painting job on the entire building after the spalling repairs mentioned above to include all pre-painted ancillary support structures and appurtenances. Repair associated parts as necessary to make it complete and useable. ACM/LBP sampling/testing and abatement as necessary. See photos attached on the next pages.
