CONTRACTOR PROFESSIONAL, TECHNICAL, AND MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES FOR THE UNITED STATES COAST GUARD OFFICE OF PRIVACY MANAGEMENT

The USCG Office of Privacy Management is responsible for policy and oversight for USCG s Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Privacy Programs. The USCG FOIA Program ensures compliance with Federal laws and Federal and Departmental policies, including fulfilling reporting requirements to Congress, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Department of Justice (DOJ), the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), and the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) relating to FOIA. The USCG Privacy Program ensures compliance with the Privacy Act, the E-Government Act, and other Federal laws, and Federal and Departmental policies, including completion of privacy compliance documentation, issuance of USCG privacy policies, oversight of privacy incidents and privacy compliance reviews, and privacy training. The purpose of this Firm-Fixed Priced Task Order is to obtain Contractor professional, technical, and management support services for United States Coast Guard (USCG), Office of Privacy Management who provides support to the Office of Investigation and Casualty Analysis (CG-INV). These support services include documentation, assessment, analysis, research, data processing, data entry, and office support for USCG FOIA and Privacy Programs.
