Description
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Aviation Logistics Center (ALC) has a requirement for the operation and maintenance of its Configuration and Maintenance Management (CMM) system currently referred to as Asset Computerized Maintenance System (ACMS).
The required services generally include, but are not limited to:
Technical writing services to produce MPCs, MTCs, process guides, and other technical documents as required.
Provide warehouse ACMS data entry support for the non-ready for issue (NRFI) turn-in and new or repaired SNT material.
Provide ACMS data entry support for depot maintenance.
Provide data entry for the corrosion tracking database.
Maintain system user documentation In Accordance With (IAW) established standards.
Maintain and incorporate changes to the Master MPCs IAW established procedures.
Provide technical support to system users, including problem resolution, training, and system discrepancies.
