As per our In House HVAC shop, the HVAC system in Bldg. #42 is beyond repair. Please induce an MP with a SR to design a new system for FY21 (FP). Also, create another SR to install the system once design is complete, probable for FY22 MEP. Work to be executed by FEAD.
