Custom and Border Protection (CBP), Rio Grande Valley (RGV) Border Patrol Sector has a requirement for janitorial, pest control and landscaping services. The purpose of this requirement is to acquire janitorial, pest control and landscaping services for three (3) house buildings, all located at the Forward Operating Base (FOB), Falcon Heights, Texas. These services are necessary for the hygiene and safety for all personnel at the facility. The Contractor shall provide labor, material, supplies, equipment, and supervision necessary to provide custodial services for the Foward Operating Base houses. The supplies, material, etc., shall be equal to the most suitable grade of the respective articles as it is used in standard acceptable cleaning operations.
