Enterprise Logistics Systems GB4 Program Description: Cargo and Personnel Movement Family of Systems (CPM FoS) is a cloud-based suite supporting DAF logistics. OLVIMS (AWS) manages vehicle dispatch and tracks 360K operator IDs across 253 sites. MARKS (Azure) handles 240K annual household goods shipments, ensuring compliance and $2M cost recovery. CMOS coordinates cargo, personnel, and deployments across 340 sites, providing real-time in-transit visibility for mission readiness. Objective: The overall purpose and objective of this is to provide all the necessary non-personal labor and services required for life cycle support of the Enterprise Logistics Readiness Portfolio, Cargo and Personnel Movement Product Line. Scope: The contractor shall provide a single Cargo and Personnel Movement Family of Systems (CPM FoS) Team to support the CMOS, OLVIMS, MARKS, and other applications as assigned to the Transportation Systems Section located at Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex, AL. The contractor must provide CPM FoS life cycle support activities, which are divided in three service groups: Business Services, Customer and Functional Services, and Technical Services. Life cycle support includes management functions, operations, security, test, integration, implementation, training, sustainment, and helpdesk support. This acquisition is to collaborate with industry to enhance system capabilities and maintain the existing system/product using Agile continuous development methodologies.
