Description
This project is to perform minor renovations to approximately 26,500 square feet of administrative space in the North Center fire bay of Building 312. These renovations will include resurfacing columns, demo existing NMCI/Phone outlets and cables back to source and install new Phone/NMCI cabling and closets, new electrical circuits, patching and painting walls, replacing carpet and cove base, modifying the fire alarm system, install new ceiling grid and tiles, install new energy efficient LED ceiling lighting with occupancy control, construct a break room with new appliances and seating, several new offices and conference rooms, modify the HVAC and sprinkler systems. The project will include a new FF&E design to match the North and North center bay furniture. See attached drawings for more info. Requirements: 20+- New Hard Walled Offices 120+- Cubical Seating 2 Command Suits w/ Conference Rooms 1 Large Conference Room w/ Folding Partition Wall 1 Small Conference Room 1 Break Room 2 Data Rooms Deliverable Schedule; Design Package / Fund-able Estimate by: May 2025 Contract Award by: September 30, 2025 Construction Completion: September 2026 **Normal hours of operation are 0600-1700 Monday-Friday. Disruptive work (loud drilling / jack hammering, impacts to egress from building, anything with odors must be performed after hours. **Utility outages & after-hours work must be scheduled 15 Days in advance
