** A/E Design requested for FY21/Q2; COMMIT TO 21/Q3**
A-E to provide all required architectural/engineering design services required to fully renovate B1500 B-Wing (1st and 2nd floors). The SAES and work required to renovate B-Wing shall be based on the N20 Narrative dated 20 May 2019 that was prepared by NAVFAC, PWD South Potomac . The SAES shall indicate the project is to be completed in (2) phases (B-Wing 1st floor and B-Wing 2nd floor) and shall be completed over the course of (2) fiscal years.
