Administrative Support Services for Refugee, Asylum International Operations (RAIO)

***Updated, 7/31/24: Changed est solicitation date and tentative award date.*** USCIS Refugee, Asylum International Operations (RAIO) Directorate (Camp Springs, Maryland) is currently seeking to acquire Administrative Support Services for Mail Operations to process large volumes of mail daily. File Operations and Records Management to distribute files and internal mail requiring a Secret Clearance. Administrative Support to perform general administrative functions in support of program office daily operations and time and attendance (T&A) in the current T&A system. Assist with Travel authorizations, vouchers, and expenses reports utilizing the automated travel planning system, preparation of country clearances and visas for personnel traveling outside the Continental United States. Property Management to assist with equipment inventory and processing reports in SAM system.
