Overview
Description
The purpose of this award is to provide non-personal, non-inherently governmental, professional support services to ICE/OAQ in support of the DHS and ICE missions. The acquired services include: 1) operational contracting support to cover all phases of the acquisition lifecycle (both pre-award and post-award), 2) data analyst support to extend beyond data entry functions into data management and analysis, and 3) procurement analyst and administrative support to include addressing Congressional inquiries and processing numerous Privacy Act (PA) / Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests. The Contractor shall support all required activities by employing acquisition/data management, or other appropriate practices, conducting ongoing process improvements at the functional level, actively participating in proactive and professional liaison activities (including seeking out and identifying opportunities and vehicles that best meet unique mission demands), and otherwise liaising with appropriate Government personnel.
This requirement will be competed on Oasis+ small business.
