Description
This project will upgrade the legacy moorings to accommodate Homeland Security Cutter Ice Breaker Light Variants (HSC-IB-L) and Medium Variants (HSC-IB-M). This project will ensure the legacy mooring infrastructure is fully upgraded to support the operational needs of the new cutter fleets, aligning with mission requirements and enhancing the Coast Guard s ability to execute domestic icebreaking and ATON missions effectively.
AE professional services are anticipated to include, but not be limited to, site work; field investigations; assessments of existing structures; conceptual design and alternatives evaluation; design; engineering; construction permitting; meetings; the preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates; and pre-proposal inquiry (PPI) support.
